- Most of our products are made to order so we ask 3 business days after clearing payment to prepare and ship your orders. This ensures that your products have not been sitting on shelves for months.
- We use Australia Post and sometimes couriers for shipping.

- All care is taken to provide a safe packaging, however Australian Natural Health and Healing will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during freight and no refunds will be provided in this case
- We highly recommend that you ship your order under Registered Post and add extra insurance if needs be. Registered Post is available at the checkout
- If you live in the Redlands or Loganholme (QLD), we can deliver for free
