Refunds

- All items leave our premises in good condition and well packed.
- Any discrepancies must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.
- All care is taken to provide a safe packaging, however Australian Natural Health and Healing will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during freight and no refunds will be provided in this case.
- We will gladly refund/exchange in the following cases:
- If we sent you the wrong product or the expiry date has passed when you receive it and have contacted us within 2 days of the products arrival: we will exchange it with the right one. You will need to send it back to us unopened so we can ship you the right one. We will cover all the shipping costs
- If a product is spoiled prior to its expiry date when you receive it, and you have contacted us within 2 days of receiving it, we will gladly exchange or refund it at no extra costs to you. You will need to send us back the product and we will cover the shipping costs.
- If you change your mind and would like a different product and have contacted us within 2 days of the products’ arrival: we will exchange it with another one as long as you send the unwanted product back to us unopened. All extra costs, including shipping, will need to be paid by you prior to shipping the new product.
