1. All orders must be paid in full prior to physical shipping/delivery.
2. We accept Paypal, Cash (only if delivered by us to you or pickups) and Direct Debit (bank account details are available after checkout) and cheques.
3. Cheques are to be made out to Australian Natural Health and Healing. Cheques must be received and cleared before the order can be dispatched. Please record your order reference # and your name on the back.
4. Orders will be delayed until funds are cleared.

1. All items leave our premises in good condition and well packed.
2. Any discrepancies must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.
3. All care is taken to provide a safe packaging, however Australian Natural Health and Healing will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during freight and no refunds will be provided in this case.
4. We will gladly refund/exchange in the following cases:

1. If we sent you the wrong product or the expiry date has passed when you receive it and have contacted us within 2 days of the products arrival: we will exchange it with the right one. You will need to send it back to us unopened so we can ship you the right one. We will cover all the shipping costs
2. If a product is spoiled prior to its expiry date when you receive it, and you have contacted us within 2 days of receiving it, we will gladly exchange or refund it at no extra costs to you. You will need to send us back the product and we will cover the shipping costs.
3. If you change your mind and would like a different product and have contacted us within 2 days of the products’ arrival: we will exchange it with another one as long as you send the unwanted product back to us unopened. All extra costs, including shipping, will need to be paid by you prior to shipping the new product.

1. Most of our products are made to order so we ask 3 business days after clearing payment to prepare and ship your orders. This ensures that your products have not been sitting on shelves for months.
2. We use Australia Post and sometimes couriers for shipping.
3. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs
4. Due to the nature of our products and complex customs laws, we do not ship outside Australia
